Bets are settled based on the official result published by the governing body of the event — FIFA, CONMEBOL, UFC, CBF, and others. Decisions via penalty shootout or extra time follow the specific rules of each market, as detailed on the event page within the platform.
57aa strives to keep odds accurate and updated in real time. However, in cases of an obvious error — such as odds that are clearly outside normal market parameters due to a technical fault — 57aa reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and return the wagered amount to the user's balance. In such cases, no winnings based on the incorrect odds will be paid out.
If an event is suspended, cancelled, or postponed and does not resume within 72 hours, all bets will be voided and stakes returned to the user's balance. Events that take place at a different venue than originally scheduled but are completed in full remain valid for settlement.
For live betting, odds reflect the state of the match at the moment of confirmation — not when you clicked. Connection delays may result in odds that differ from what was initially displayed.
A 57aa offers live casino games, crash games, slots, and other formats provided by licensed suppliers such as Spribe, Pragmatic Play, SmartSoft, and BGaming. All crash games on the platform use Provably Fair, whose results can be independently verified by any user.
Before each round, the server generates a cryptographic hash of the outcome. Each user may redeem each promotion once only. Using multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses is considered fraud and will result in the cancellation of all accounts involved.
The VIP Program of 57aa rewards the most active players with progressive benefits across six levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Elite, and Diamond. VIP points are accumulated automatically with every bet placed on the platform.
Benefits grow as you level up — weekly cashback ranging from 3% at Bronze to 15% at Diamond, priority withdrawals, birthday bonuses, access to exclusive promotions, and at the Elite and Diamond levels, a dedicated personal account manager. VIP cashback is credited every Monday with no rollover requirement and can be withdrawn immediately.
VIP points do not expire as long as the account remains active. An account is considered inactive after 90 days without any bets placed — in that case, points are preserved, but the level may be reviewed in accordance with the current level maintenance policy.
